Dennis Cygan, Esq.



Prior to pursuing a career in Law, Dennis served in the U.S. Air Force for six years. Dennis was actively engaged in Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, including a tour in An Nasiriyah, Iraq. Through Dennis’ and his parent’s military experience he has lived in many parts of the world. Living in all these different locations has given Dennis a great ability to relate to people from various backgrounds. While attending undergraduate and graduate education in the Northwest he decided to stay because he loves the people and natural beauty of the Northwest.

Dennis’ education includes: Professional Military Education form the U.S. Air Force; A.S. Jackson State Community College, Jackson, Tennessee; B.A. Brigham Young University–Idaho, Rexburg, Idaho; J.D. University of Idaho College of Law, Moscow, Idaho.
Dennis’ areas of legal practice include Dependency Law and Criminal Law. Additionally, Dennis is dedicated to protecting the legal rights of veterans of the U.S. Armed Services. While in law school, Dennis set up a pro bono legal aid clinic dedicated in helping veterans in Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington with their legal needs.

In his spare time, Dennis enjoys spending time with is wife and children, cooking, and following Chicago Cubs Baseball.
